Our Pre-Transplant Evaluation is designed to answer two key questions: Are you medically ready for a kidney transplant, and how can we best prepare your body and mind for this major step? Drawing on years of transplant experience, we review your medical history, imaging, heart and lung status, lab work, and support system to determine suitability.

We explain each part of the evaluation in plain language, so you and your family understand why tests are ordered and what results mean. When you progress to transplant, our involvement does not end there. We plan ahead for Post-Transplant Monitoring, Immunosuppressive Therapy Management, and Transplant Medication Management to protect your new kidney.

We also discuss long-term Transplant Rejection Surveillance and offer ongoing Transplant Patient Counseling, helping you navigate fears, lifestyle adjustments, and the daily routines that keep a transplanted kidney working well for many years.
